Renthal use an exclusive aluminium alloy which has been specifically developed for the manufacture of handlebars, that are required to withstand the rigours of Supercross and Motocross racing. The material is a derivative of a European aerospace specification. It has very high mechanical properties without the disadvantage of poor impact strength which is often associated with high strength alloys. It is also light in weight and its properties help limit vibration which is a common cause of rider fatigue.

Twinwall

The Renthal TwinWall handlebar is a new concept from Renthal. A large diameter, double-skinned handlebar which combines immense strength, good resilience and a virtual guarantee against fatigue failure.

Fatbar

The Renthal FatBar is a large diameter 1 1/8in (28.6mm) brace-less handlebar that combines excellent strength with good resilience. This bar is particularly applicable where the lack of a crossbrace is of special importance, i.e. where a steering damper is required or for Enduro, Desert and Rally applications where clocks and maps may need to be mounted on the triple top clamps.

Rear Aluminium Alloy Chainwheels

Precision CNC manufactured to extremely tight tolerances from a high strength, specially enhanced 7075 T6 aluminium alloy. Renthal chainwheels have unequalled accuracy of fit, tooth profile and concentricity for longevity and maximum power transfer.
